Refund Policy
- Shipping charges (up to ₹250) are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.

- COD orders: Refunds will be issued as BEOM MEN Store Credit only.
- Refunds are processed after the returned product passes the quality check and will be credited within 15 working days of approval.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale or promotional periods.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
